Cookathon: Another Nigerian chef, Victor gets approval to set new GWR for longest cooking marathon

The Guinness World Record, GWR, has approved application by another Nigerian chef, Tartenger Victor to set a new record for longest cooking marathon.

This was made known in a Facebook post by the applicant with username, “Naira Victor” who shared a screen grab of the mail he received from the organization.

Upon the commencement of the cooking marathon which will be staged in Makurdi, the Benue State capital from February 21 2024, Victor is expected to cook for over 120 hours to dethrone the incumbent title holder, Chef Arish from China.

Victor is a native of Tiv from Benue State, Nigeria.
