Protesters have allegedly set ablaze Access Bank and First Bank properties in some parts of the country amid the rising tension caused by scarcity of new Naira notes currently ravaging the country.
According to an update shared by a Facebook user, Tersoo Benedict Gbughul on Wednesday, Access Bank and First Bank Properties in the Udu Area of Warri were set ablaze following violent protests.
The protest against the Scarcity of New Naira Notes began on the streets of Udu before it turned violent, resulting to the burning of buildings and property. See photos below:
