Nigeria’s A1 singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy has again, caused a stir online as he lashed out at fans at his Lagos concert on Sunday, claiming that some of them wrongfully accused him of killing someone.
Burna Boy stated that he would have gone home if it hadn’t been for another singer, Seyi Vibez.
Relating in Pidgin English, he said,
“If no be Seyi Vibez sef, I for don dey go house. But I dey here with una, after una don talk sey I kill person for Cubana, after una don talk say my mama dance for Fela. No wahala, I still love u na why I still dey here so. If you like no love me, na God go punish you”
Relatedly, Odogwu as he is fondly called is seen in another video from the same concert as he resets the brain of an ‘over zealous’ fan who tried to climb the stage while he was performing (with a kick).
Burnaboy further expressed displeasure with the fans for trying to climb the stage stating that he didn’t like it.
This was after the singer had taken to stage, a female fan and let her join his performance on stage.
While many feel that the singer overreacted by kicking his fan, others claim that the victim deserved it for wanting to break protocols. Watch video below.
