Light finally shines at the end of the tunnel for students of the Benue State University, Makurdi (BSUM) as academic activities resume in Ernest.
A statement signed by the University’s Registrar, Mrs. Mfaga Modom, Friday, notes that the University senate at its 299th meeting held on Friday, 21st October, 2022 approved a revised academic calendar for the first semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Session which commenced on Monday, 17th October, 2022.
The statement read thus;
“The Senate of the Benue State University, Makurdi at it’s 299th meeting held on Friday, 21st October, 2022 approved a revised academic calendar for the first semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Session.
Matriculation activities for all fresh students of the 2020/2021 Academic Session; and
v.Wednesday, 26th October, 2022: All returning Students.3)
Students are advised to adhere strictly to this important information.”
In a related development, all students, staff, the entire university community and the general public are to note that the University’s broadcast station, BSU 89.9FM resumes transmission on Monday, 24th October, 2022.
Broadcast hours remain the same; 8:00Am to 2:00Pm on week days.
