A certain netizen on Twitter has called out Mr Eazi for misleading young people with his songs.

Identified as Big Mike FFG, the twitter user accused Mr Eazi for misleading young people with the lyrics of his most recent single, “Patek.”

An extract from the hit single which features Dj Tarico and Ghanian Hip hop singer, Joey B confirms Mr Eazi expressing his decision to squander every penny he gets.

In pidgin parlance, the lyrics are thus, “any money wey I get, na to flex.”

However, Mike via a tweet, Tuesday, alleges that Mr Eazi is being deceptive to the youths as he claims that the singer is better off known as an investor.

Mr Eazi, is a Nigerian-born, Ghana-based singer originally known as Oluwatosin Ajibade. He is a pioneer of Banku music, a fusion of sound he describes as a mixture of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord progressions and patterns.

Recently, the singer announced his engagement to Temi Otedola, daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola and sister to DJ Cuppy.
