Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church recieves an avalanche of warm wishes as he celebrates his 68th birthday.
The renowned Christian Cleric is the founder and Lead shepherd of Living Faith Church World Wide a.k.a Winners Chapel International.
He is a preacher, Christian author, businessman, architect and presiding Bishop of the Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria as well as the Chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University both in Nigeria.
Through Oyedepo, Faith Academy, and Kingdom Heritage Model Schools have been established to equip the youth for global impact. The construction of a third university named Crown University is already underway, located in Calabar, Cross River, Nigeria.
He is considered one of the pioneers of the Christian charismatic movement in Africa and has been referred to as one of the most powerful preachers in Nigeria.
According to a publication by Forbes Magazine in 2011, Bishop David Oyedepo was named the richest pastor in Nigeria.
Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo was born in Osogbo, Nigeria on September 27, 1954 and oversees the Winners Chapels’ network of churches located in over 300 cities, in all states of Nigeria, and in several cities in 45 African nations, Dubai, the United Kingdom and the United States.
He is the president of David Oyedepo Ministries International (DOMI), an umbrella organization which houses an array of institutions including the Social Development Missions projects – made up of hospitals, maternity homes, schools, etc.
While his achievements, impartation and humanitarian services cannot be exhausted, the internet has gone agog as the man of God remarks his nativity thus, making a trend on Twitter early Tuesday morning.
Christians all over the world are celebrating the renowned cleric and no one seems wanting to be left out.
The official Twitter handle of the Winners Chapel International was however, not given the first position amongst other netizens openly celebrating the man of God.
