Radiojagaban gathers that the Queen died following concerns which grew about her health earlier on Thursday.
The Queen had upon recommendation by her Medical Doctors, been placed under medical supervision at Balmoral after she was evaluated Thursday morning. This birthed a gathering of her family at her Scottish estate same day.

In a statement, Charles said the death of his beloved mother was “a moment of great sadness”.
Born Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor, in Mayfair, London, on 21 April 1926, the Queen came to the throne in 1952, aged 27 and was married to her third cousin, Philip, the then, Prince of Greece who took over the title of Duke of Edinburgh after their marriage at Westminster Abbey on 20 November 1947.
