Kogi Man Killed Friend
A middle-aged Kogi man identified as Mr Kehinde Ajayi, has been murdered by his close friend, after he had bought a new Toyota Sienna car.
Radiojagaban gathered that, when he bought the car, his friend who is an Air conditioner repairer, called him to come celebrate the new car.
Thus, on Sunday 24th of July 2022, Ajayi happily came and met his friend to celebrate the car, little did he know that his friend had planned a devils’ celebration for him.
The suspected killer lured Ajayi at about 10am to an undisclosed place for the celebration, and since then Ajayi and his car were never seen again.
Worried by the sudden disappearance of the late Ajayi, his family rushed to the Police station and reported the matter.
Upon receipt of the report, Police officers reportedly swung into action and arrested his friend, whom the family was suspecting.
When the middle-aged man was arrested, he reportedly gave useful information about what happened to the late Ajayi.

According reports, the alleged killer, on Monday took policemen to his own house, at Felele-Lokoja, where he buried the body of Ajayi after he gruesomely murdered him and took his car.
As the body of the deceased was discovered, irrated youth in the area, who were around when police recovered the corpse attacked the house of the suspect after Police had exhumed his body in his room.
In a statement released to the media, the Kogi State Police Public Relations Officer, SP William Ayah, said that the body of the deceased has been recovered and an investigation was ongoing to arrest others who might have been involved in the killing.
