Barely 24 hours after the release of popular comedian-turn-singer, Carter Efe’s hit single which served as a tribute to his role model, wizkid and debuted number one on Apple music Nigeria, many questions have been asked especially from the 30BG camp why Big Wiz didn’t react to his praise singers’ groove.

Carter Efe on Friday, dropped a banger titled “Machala” which has since been making waves and recorded so much anticipation from fans prior to it’s release.

However, Wiizkid’s silence over the record breaking song which was wholly dedicated to him sparked reactions from both tents as it has become a norm for the 30BG gang and Wizkid Fc over every achievement of their rival’s preferred artiste.

But who knew what Big wiz had in mind? Nobody, perhaps.

According to Popular Nigerian Singer, Benkrezt, Wizkid ought to have reacted earlier. In a Social media post, he wrote:

“Wizkid suppose don show love Atleast Carterefe @carterefe has shown true love for wizkid even went as far as dedicating a full song to Wizkid. Song wey be number *one* for Naija…..”

While the clamour persisted, no one heard from Big Wiz – one reason many believed OBO would’ve done better.

Ofcourse, Wizkid has always been known for snubbing people, even top celebrities, so for the wizkid Fc, it’s just his way, “he doesn’t talk much.”

But here comes the shocker as Carterefe comes out to appreciate Wizkid openly. In a Twitter post, he wrote:

“Thank you @wizkidayo for everything!❤️😭 I really appreciate ❤️🇳🇬 That man has done a lot for me🙏”

Efe however, did not mention what Wizkid had done for him, which has kept many wondering.
